There’s an app I use, File Manager, which will connect with your computer and copy files both ways as long as the phone and computer are on the same WiFi network. No fuss, no muss.

Also, I downloaded the Kies 3 software and it didn’t recognize the phone. So I have spent over two hours trying to accomplish what should be easy, a transfer of photos and videos and not been able.
