Avast:

  1. Launch the Avast antivirus.

  4. Select and toggle off “Core Shields”.
  5. Choose a time limit.

Norton:

  1. Click the “^” icon from the Left Side of the Taskbar.
  2. Right-click on Norton and choose “Disable Auto-Protect”.
  3. Select “More Options”.
  4. Select the Time (how long you want to disable Antivirus).

Select “Enable Auto-Protect” from the Right-click context menu in System Tray to enable Norton Antivirus after the issue is fixed.

Step 2: Disable Firewall:

Windows Defender:

  1. Go to Start and Type “Security”. Select “Windows Security” from the search results.
  2. Click “Firewall & Network Protection” from the sidebar.
  3. Select the Active profile.
  4. Toggle off “Microsoft Defender Firewall” and choose Yes in UAC.

Bitdefender:

  1. Open Bitdefender and select “Protection” from the sidebar.
  2. Toggle off “Firewall”.

Avast:

  1. Open Avast and choose “Protection” from the sidebar.
  2. Choose “Firewall” and then Toggle off the Firewall
  3. Select a time duration (how long it will remain disabled).

Norton:

  1. Click “^” from the Left right of the Taskbar.
  2. Right-click on Norton and choose “Disable Smart Firewall”.
  3. Select “More Options” and Select the Time (how long you want to disable Firewall).

If the Roblox Error code 267 in Windows is fixed after disabling your antivirus and firewall, then add the Roblox app to the exclusion list and enable the antivirus protection again.

Create a new account

If none of the above solutions work in your case, then create a new Roblox account and play games on it. The problem may be with the account only, so creating a new account allows you to fresh start playing games.
