How to delete Windows Explorer Address Bar History

  • Open Run dialog box then after type regedit command and press enter key. 
  • It will open Windows Registry Editor box. In Registry Editor box navigate below path.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\TypedPaths
  • Apply double-click on above path then you see the list of entries like url1, url2 ………….. 
  • Getting above URL positioning, you may choose particular either to remove. Apply right-click on selected URL and select Delete option to remove it from Windows Explorer Address bar.
