Step 1

Download both zip files to your computer from below link and don’t extract it.

Step 2

Connect your Galaxy Note 2 N7100 Android phone to computer with USB cable. Then explore the USB mass storage directory of Android phone inserted SD memory chips to computer screen.

Step 3

Now copy/paste the downloaded both zip files (Android 4.2.2 ROM and Google Apps) to only in the root folder of N7100 SD memory chips.

Step 4

Next Power off your N7100 Android phone and remove from the USB cable.

Step 5

At this time you have to boot in the recovery mode. How ?

Power on the phone when you are pressing and holding these buttons (volume up + Home + power) jointly for few seconds. In recovery mode, the Power button is used to select all option while volume up/down button is used to navigate any option.

Step 6

As soon as you reach in CWM recovery mode, select wipe data/factory reset option to do a complete data wipe task.

Step 7

Next, execute a cache wipe task by selecting wipe cache partition option just after above step action.

Step 8

Now you advised to do action of wipe Dalvik cache also. To do so, tap on advanced option from CWM recovery at the bottom panel and select wipe dalvik cache from next screen.

Step 9

After that return to the main recovery mode screen and select install zip from SD card option. Now select choose zip from sdcard option from next screen by both volume buttons.

Then locate the Android 4.2.2 ROM zip file that you moved to N7100 SD memory chips (see in step 2) and select it through Power button. At this time you have to confirm the installation process on the next screen in order to begin.

Remark

Repeat the above step 9 tips again to select the Gapps zip file from SD memory chips and install it on your N7100 phone.

Step 10

After the finishing the slim Bean custom firmware update process, tap on reboot system now from the recovery menu top menu panel.
