Google has come out to authorize android as open source project, which is accessed by everyone and anyone. Along with Jelly bean 4.2.1 code on Android Open Source Project is updated by Google. It is available for two branches Android 4.2.1_r1.1 and Android 4.2.1_r1.2 and related build number JOP40G.

Few speculations can be done after looking the change log:
