Not a long time when Microsoft released Active Development Branch (prerelease) update for insiders. Today they are rolling out cumulative update KB4587587 to increase the version of Windows 10 20236.1000. This will be now 20236.1005.
The build doesn’t include any new features and is designed to test the servicing pipeline. Additionally, we have enabled the evolved Emoji Picker experience and updated touch keyboard design to all Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel and added a few known issues below.
Windows 10 Build 20236.1005 Rolled out as KB4587587 cumulative update
You can get the build in the following manner –
- Open settings using Windows logo key + I.
- Click the – Update & Security on the homepage.
- Select the Windows update from the left pane of the next page.
- Next, click the – Check for updates.
- Allow the downloading to complete and finally, select Install now.
