Windows 10 version 21H1, 20H2, 2004, 1909, and 1903 have received Intel Microcode Updates. The remaining versions will be still on November 2020 updates. Mcupdate_GenuineIntel.dll is now updated to version 10.0.19041.835, 10.0.18362.1405, 10.0.17763.1785 respectively from 20 January 2021.
Microcode Updates are standalone files targeted to the aforesaid Windows 10 versions and available on the Microsoft update catalog. You can use the registry settings as outlined in the Windows client and Windows Server Knowledge Base release notes to manually install these updates. However, these registry settings are enabled by default in both environments.
