Windows Feature experience update is receiving an update. KB5000967 is released to install this update package on Windows 10 21H1 and 20H2. Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3030.0. is the FEP currently available to all insiders in beta.
Firstly, the package was released for Windows 10 20H2 Build 19042.662 but soon the report was updated to report that it was available for 21H1 too.

This update package improves the reliability of handwriting input field. The function will be further tested here to ensure that future Feature Experience Packs will work smoothly.
How to get the FEP
- Click the search icon on the taskbar.
- Type – updates.
- Press – Enter.
- Once the downloading of the FEP is completed restart your computer for the installation.
