Windows 11 KB5027311 added support for bridging adapters to Beta Insider

Beta channel of Windows Insider is receiving a new build with several new features like for System tray, network flyout, support for bridging adapters, Data Usage page, and a lot more. KB5027311 is the Cumulative update that brings the versions Windows 11 Build 22621.1906 and 22631.1906. On one side, Build 22621.1906  is enabled to get new features on the other, 22631.1906 is disabled for the features.

1. Windows 11 Build 22631.1906 and 22621.1906 KB5027311 have updated the network flyout on the Lock screen to align with Windows 11 design principles.

5. When you right-click on a Win32 application in the Start menu or search for the app and select “Uninstall,” you will be directed to the Settings menu to uninstall the application.
6. In this deliverance, the settings page for wheel devices, like the Surface Dial, has been enhanced to align more closely with the design principles of Windows 11.

1. KB5027311 CU addresses a compatibility issue. The issue happens due to unsupported use of the registry.

How to download KB5027311 and install

1. Click on Start and type updates.
2. Press the Enter key to open the Settings App.
3. Click on Check for updates and wait for a while to complete the downloading.
4. Select Restart now.
