  1. Power off the console.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the electric board to ensure that the console is completely turned off.
  3. Stay 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back.
  4. Press and hold the BIND This button is situated on the left side of the console.
  5. Now press the EJECT This would be showing on the front of the console.
  6. Press the Xbox button from the console.
  7. Continuously press and hold the EJECT and BIND buttons together for 10 to 15 seconds.
  8. You should listen to two power-up tones for a couple of seconds.
  9. Now release the ‘EJECT’ and ‘BIND’ buttons.
  10. Once a Troubleshoot menu is upfront, select reset following with Keep my games & apps. Note: The computer must have an internet connection.

  4. Choose – Manual.
  5. Now, in the Primary DNS, enter 8.8.8.8.
  6. For secondary DNS, use – 8.8.4.4.
  7. If the said couple of DNS is not working then use 168:126.63:1 as primary one and 168:126.63:2 as the secondary.

Way-4: When 0x8007013d error Xbox occurs when playing, installing, or updating a specific game

If the error 0x8007013d appears when playing or installing a particular game then follow the steps –

  1. Click on – My games & apps.
  2. Select the game displaying the error message.
  3. Right-click on the game and select – Uninstall.
  4. Next, Go to Settings.
