When input in an application you might not see the correct Furigana characters using the Microsoft Japanese IME to enter Kanji characters. To deal with this problem you might need to manually input the Furigana characters.

Remark – The issue occurs when the affected apps are using the function named ImmGetCompositionString().

The tech giant will push an update with resolution.
On your machine, the legacy Microsoft Edge browser might be eliminated but not substituted if you have installed Windows through the installation created from either custom ISO or offline media. The problem occurs when the installation is prepared by slipstreaming this rollout into the image without having initially installed the SSU using a standalone file rolled out on 29/03/2021 or later. First of all, slipstream the Servicing Stack update dated 29/03/2021 into the custom offline media or ISO image prior to slipstreaming the Cumulative patch. Follow the instructions to extract the SSU –

Extract the cab from the msu through the command line (using the package for KB5003173 as an instance): expand Windows10.0-KB5003173-x64.msu /f:Windows10.0-KB5003173-x64.cab <destination path>

Extract the Servicing Stack Update from the earlier extracted cab using the following command line – expand Windows10.0-KB5003173-x64.cab /f:* <destination path>

You will then possess the Servicing Stack Update cab, in this example named SSU-19042.906-x64.cab. Now, Slipstream this cab file into the offline image first, then the Cumulative Update.

After you received 21/06/2021 update aka KB5003690, some PC cannot install further updates, for example, 06/07/2021 (KB5004945). You will encounter – PSFX_E_MATCHING_BINARY_MISSING. To know the information and get a solution go to – KB5005322.
EFI API OpenEncryptedFileRaw(A/W) will no longer function when backing up to or from a Windows Server 2008 SP2 device. However, OpenEncryptedFileRaw will be working on all other versions (remote and local). As the experts are working on this problem in CVE-2021-36942 so this behavior is expected.
