Files of these updates are downloadable in both modes. On one side, these will be automatically downloaded and installed, on the other side, their cab files are available on Windows update catalog website. From there, you are able to download manually and install using PowerShell or Command Prompt.

- Click on the Download button for the supported version of update.
- Select the link to .cab file.
- Once downloaded, open Windows PowerShell.
- Run the following cmdlet for installation:
dism /online /add-package /packagepath:"<PLACE-CAB-FILE-PATH-HERE>"- You don’t need to reboot your PC to complete the installation.
