1. Click the – Start.
2. Type – cmd.exe.
3. Select – Run as administrator from the left flyout.
4. Once the command prompt appears, copy wusa /uninstall /kb:5003637, paste, and hit – Enter.

5. Windows Update Standalone Installer dialog will open; click – Yes.
6. In case, you have already installed KB5004476 then run this command first – wusa /uninstall /kb:5004476. Then follow step-4 and 5.
