KB4497092 comes up for Windows 10 version 1903 May 2019 update as dynamic update. The patch can be loaded during installing order resetting the operating system. However, there is no information via Microsoft about this update. The colleagues from deskmodder.de wrote something about it. It is for integration into an installation medium so not suitable for a normal installation.
Some days ago Windows 10 1903 received Servicing Stack Update (SSU) KB4498524 taking the build number to 18885. KB4497092 patch will be automatically installed.
