Beta Channel of Windows 11 insider has obtained yet another update having significant changes and bug fixes. This is Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22621 and fortunately, the ISO image for the update is also uploaded.

Changes and Improvements
General
- This update will not show the build watermark at the bottom right corner of the desktop. However, the watermark will come back in any future build. See – How to Remove ‘Test mode Windows 10 Pro Build’ Watermark.
Bug Fixes
General
- The rollout modified the underlying speech platform to make voice activity detection for voice access, live captions, and voice typing better. Furthermore, this build addresses some issues with how punctuation is recognized.
File Explorer
- Bring a bug fix for error 0x800703E6 that occurs when copying files from Google Drive.
- Also, fixed explorer.exe crashing that occurs if you had ever opened the context menu and now pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del and canceling.
Taskbar
- When you navigated recently to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar and enable loading system tray icon then Settings might crash. This problem may have also led to explorer.exe crashes for impacted Insiders. This issue is fixed in this build.
Windows Security
- Fixed a problem Smart App Control unexpectedly blocking correctly signed applications.

Live captions
- In this beta channel update, certain apps in full screen (for instance, video players) prevent live captions from being visible.
- Last but not the least, certain apps positioned near the top of the screen and closed before live captions are run will re-launch behind the live captions window positioned at the top. You should use the system menu (ALT+Spacebar) while the app has focus to move the app’s window further down.
