How to download the Setup Dynamic Update and install

  1. Navigate to Microsoft update catalog.
  2. Find the file compatible with your system.
  3. Click on Download button and once a separate page prompts up click on the link to the cab file.
  4. The files will be:

or,

  1. Click on Start, type powershell and select Run as administrator.
